am i able to cancel my order after it has been placed?
orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. because of this, we cannot
accommodate cancellations or edits once an order has been placed. if you notice an
issue with your shipping address, please reach out right away and we will do our best
to assist, but cannot make any guarantees.

where does r.e.m. beauty ship to?
we ship to most locations outside of the u.s. we do not ship to countries that are under
u.s. embargo and cannot ship to countries that cannot accept cosmetic goods from the
u.s.
orders placed in u.s. dollars to ship internationally must have a matching billing and
shipping address. if international addresses do not match on an order that ships from
